Tax Returns
Our service guidelines to prepare your tax return:We aim to have your tax return completed, signed by you, copies prepared & lodged electronically with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) within 7 days of your original appointment. In most cases your tax return is signed at the time of the appointment and lodgement will occur on the next business day.The ATO then takes between 14 and 28 days to assess your return. The time taken depends on several factors including the volume of returns processed by the ATO, data matching process including with the Family Assistance Office, and prior year outstanding tax returns.Following this we receive the Notice of Assessment and forward any refund cheques or payment advice on to you. If you have elected to have our fees taken from your refund this process can take up to 7 days to clear into our account. Our goal is to have most tax returns completed in 14 to 28 days subject to ATO processing.

We offer a mobile service to your home or office, during the height of the tax season.Evening or Weekend service
Fast lodgement and refund
Taxation Planning and AdviceThe price for a basic individual return includes the following items – PAYG Payment Summary (Group Certificate) with up to 3 work deductions, donations, bank interest, HECS, Private Health Insurance Rebate, MV claim at cents per km, and electronic lodgement.Our fee is only $150 per person, per tax year. However if you have more complicated tax affairs or require taxation planning and advice we can provide you with an estimate of the additional costs.Travel to you is normally free, however a surcharge may apply depending on the number of returns being completed and the distance travelled.We service anywhere in the greater Brisbane area, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings and Saturday during the day.

Under this Act, the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024 requires that we make the following disclosures to you:1. If you have a complaint about our Tax Agent services, you will need to contact us in the first instance with details by email.We will provide you with email acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint and our understanding of the circumstances. The email will inform you that we will attempt to resolve your complaint with 14 days and will outline the dispute resolution process.If you are unhappy with the outcome that we propose to you, you can then make a complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) using the link listed above. The TPB will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint and review and risk assess your complaint. If you are unhappy with how the TPB has dealt with your complaint, the above link includes details about your review rights and who can further assist you.
